You will need:

  • Kale
  • Spices of your choice
  • A little olive oil

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Tear kale into smaller pieces and place on baking paper. Make sure there is enough space between each leaf. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with desired seasonings. Let stand for 10-15 minutes and cool on a rack. So easy and so good!
